The design is formed out of a series of regular orthogonal building forms with spacious, simple apartment layouts. The plan maintains vertical stairways while allowing the cubes to shift in relation to each other.
This adjustment, at both ground and higher levels, creates niches and micro-climatic adaptations in various parts of the building.
