Luxury Residential · Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
A landmark residential tower on Palm Jumeirah, COMO Residences is conceived as an extension of its setting — its form and rhythm drawn from the movement of water and light across the Palm. As design architect on the project for Nakheel, Benjelloun & Partners shaped a building that reads less as an object placed on the island than as something that grew from it.
The tower's sculptural silhouette twists gently as it rises, giving every residence an open diagonal view to the sea and the Dubai skyline beyond. Generous terraces and planted balconies dissolve the line between inside and out, while a restrained material palette keeps the architecture quiet enough to let the setting speak.
A Sky Beach Club and Sky Pool experience crown the building, framing sunset views across Palm Jumeirah — described in the project's own materials as the eighth wonder of the world. Throughout, the design follows a single principle: that luxury is the quiet result of space, proportion and connection to nature, not ornament.
The COMO penthouse sold for AED 500 million — the most expensive penthouse ever sold in Dubai per DLD records, and among the most expensive sold anywhere in the world.
The crowning residence spans 21,949 square feet — positioned as the most expensive beachfront penthouse in the world.
The tower was recognised at the Architecture Leaders Awards as Best High-Rise Project of the Year, a marker of its standing among the region's landmark residential developments.
An elevated leisure deck crowns the building with a beach club and infinity pool, framing uninterrupted sunset views across the Palm.
